"You smell good"... if you use this soap you might hear this phrase often. But we don't think it's just a pick up line, we think it's true. This bar is packed full of skin loving oils and conditioning agents to nourish your skin after having been exfoliated.
What to expect: This moisturizing body bar has a masculine personality that wants to use cheesy pick up lines on you. (Don't blame us-we warned you.) It will be at home in the shower, but can be used at the sink to help rid hands of stuck-on-dirt. It has a spicy and somewhat sweet smell thanks to the bergamot, clove and cinnamon. This strongly scented bar was created with pure essential oils and a certain someone in mind. Ok, it's creation was purely selfish but now it's giving joy to so many!
Nourishing: Since we've added an exfoliant to this bar, we've also designed a formula that is intended to moisturize and condition skin. You're welcome skin cells!
Exfoliation: Here at Clever Rabbit Natural Soap Company we add exfoliants to some of our soaps to banish away the dullness and allow skin to sing like the lead in a Broadway Musical! On another note...exfoliants have been used since Ancient Egyptian times in beauty and wellness routines. After all, humans have to deal with dull skin from time to time for longer than I can remember, and some people experience it more often than others. A bi-weekly exfoliation routine is usually tolerated by most skin types.
Method: To exfoliate at full strength with this bar, simply wet your body and the bar, rub the bar between your hands to get the lather started and then begin using the bar directly on your skin. For a lighter exfoliation, lather the bar into your hands and use your hands like a loofa along your body. In either treatment make a clockwise circular pattern on your skin starting at the end of your extremities and ending at your torso near your heart. This method stimulates the skin and is long believed to promote good circulation.
Your know your skin best: Note that It is not uncommon to have a bit of a redness after exfoliating with this product. The redness should disperse within half an hour leaving your skin radiant and singing, of course. We recommend that you always follow up an exfoliation session with a moisturizer. If you are new to exfoliation treatments, we recommend that you try it on a small patch of skin as a test. Properties of Ingredients:
- Bergamot: Believed to have disinfectant properties, this essential oil may promote healthy skin and calm itching associated with dry skin.
- Olive Oil: Soaps made with olive oil have a very clean and buttery feel. Olive Oil produces an extra mild and gentle soap that contains antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Our olive oil is virgin oil, this means that it is made from the first pressing of the olive fruit. We start with excellent food pure grade olive oil to make all of our soaps.
- Avocado Oil: This food-grade oil Is rich in vitamins A, B, D, and E. The high levels of fatty acids make it a terrific conditioner as well. We add it to some of our formulae to promote a healthy glow.
- Shea Butter: Moisturizes pores without clogging them and is long believed to help fade scars.
- Clay: Used to remove excess oils and impurities from the skin while also being a gentle exfoliant. Clay is also excellent in creating a smooth surface on the skin making friction less of an issue for easier shaving.
- Walnut Shells: Finely ground walnut shells are added to this bar to give you a consistent exfoliation that wakes up the senses and washes away dull dry skin.

Saponified Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Castor Oil, Avocado Oil, Shea Butter and Rice Bran Oil. Distilled Water, Sodium Hydroxide (Lye, used in making natural soaps), Bergamot Essential Oil, Clove Leaf Essential Oil, Bay Essential Oil, Carrot Seed Essential Oil, Orange Valencia Essential Oil, Patchouli Essential Oil, Finely Ground Walnut Shells, Benotinize Clay and Rosemary Oleoresin Extract (ROE).
